The Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce announces that the recruitment process for the academic year 2026/2027 will commence on 1 September 2026.

Legal Basis of Recruitment
The recruitment procedure is governed by the following legal acts:
- Resolution No. 10/2026 of the Senate of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce of 26 February 2026 concerning the admission rules for candidates to the Doctoral School for the academic year 2026/2027.
- Order No. 5/2026 of the Director of the Doctoral School of UJK of 27 August 2026 amending Order No. 2/2026 concerning admission limits for candidates to the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce for the 2026/2027 academic year
- Ordinance No. …/2026 of the Rector of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce concerning the appointment of Admission Committees for the recruitment process to the Doctoral School for the academic year 2026/2027.
2. Research Areas and Academic Supervisor
One of the elements of the recruitment process is indicating a prospective academic supervisor during online registration.
Applicants who have not yet established cooperation with a specific supervisor are requested to contact persons indicated in the documents prepared for each discipline. After obtaining the supervisor’s consent, an appropriate declaration form must be uploaded to the recruitment system.

Implementation Doctorate
Recruitment to the Doctoral School under the “Implementation Doctorate” programme is conducted in accordance with the admission rules applicable to the UJK Doctoral School, following the University’s prior submission of the candidate to the programme as part of the call for applications conducted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Information for Applicants with Disabilities
Applicants with disabilities or special needs are kindly requested to inform the Doctoral School Office about their requirements regarding architectural, digital and information-communication accessibility.
For this purpose, applicants should submit an Application for Accessibility Support – form.
The application may be submitted by e-mail (a scanned copy with a handwritten signature) or by traditional mail at least 14 days before the planned qualification interview.
Submitting the application does not affect the deadlines specified in the recruitment schedule.
