The project is intended for the 8 best doctoral students selected through a competition. The project’s goal focuses on several activities: enhancing the scientific and research competencies of SD doctoral students and improving the quality of doctoral theses in terms of internationalization; supporting the mobility and scientific activity of doctoral students on the international stage through: foreign internships and study visits of doctoral students to foreign scientific institutions; dissemination of research results by doctoral students at international conferences, scientific seminars; enhancing scientific and research competencies through participation in specialized lectures and workshops by experts from foreign scientific institutions; expanding the education offer to attract foreign doctoral students; increasing the visibility of SD UJK through the modernization of the website, social media in accordance with applicable standards.

Implementation Method: awarding annual motivational scholarships to 4 foreigners and 4 Polish nationals; financing foreign internships for 1 month with an equal number of Polish and foreign doctoral students; participation in 1 international scientific conference according to the thematic scope of conducted research; specialized lectures by foreign experts, 5 lectures per year for 5 disciplinary sections in SD in each year of the project duration (total of 15), disciplinary specialized online courses in English to enhance scientific and didactic competencies of doctoral students.

Effects: Increase in the internationalization index of SD through: increasing the number of foreign doctoral students, development of publications by each participant intended for publication in an internationally recognized journal, dissemination of research results at international conferences, increasing the visibility and accessibility of SD on the internet through the modernization of the English-language version of the website, monitoring of project progress by the NAWA STER Commission.
