The Doctoral School is involved in the Athena project.

 

At the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, efforts are underway to create and implement a Gender Equality Plan. This will be a significant strategic document ensuring equal opportunities in the workplace and better integration of gender perspectives in research projects to enhance research quality.

The development and implementation of the plan are the responsibilities of the Gender Equality Plan Committee established for this purpose.

These actions are part of the international Athena project – Implementing gender equality plans to unlock research potential of RPOs and RFOs in Europe, co-financed by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 program. The research team from Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce serves as a partner in the project, with the involvement of the authorities of the Doctoral School at UJK – Prof. dr hab. Francesco Giacosa and Dr. Hab. Lidia Michalska-Bracha, Prof. UJK.
