Ms. Izabela Oleś, M.Sc. completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree studies in Nursing at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. She is currently a fourth-year PhD student at the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University, pursuing research in Health Sciences. Professionally, she works as a nurse at the Clinical Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, as well as a university lecturer.
Her research interests focus on anesthesiology, cardiology, and surgery. Her doctoral dissertation explores the challenges faced by patients living with chronic heart failure.
Outside of work and research, she values balance in life – she enjoys cycling, walking, sports, and spending evenings with a book or playing the guitar.
Kamil Kiełek

Mr. Kamil Kiełek, M.Sc. completed his bachelor’s and master’s degree studies in Finance and Accounting at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. He is currently a fourth-year PhD student at the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University, specializing in Security Studies.
His research focuses on what matters most: making a real impact on people’s lives. He analyzes the factors that shape the sense of security in urban public spaces, combining social, spatial, and organizational perspectives.
He practices sport shooting, enjoys diving, and travels the world, drawing inspiration from the cultures, people, and cuisines he encounters along the way.
Sylwia Nawrot

Ms. Sylwia Nawrot, M.Sc. completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree studies in Biotechnology at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.
Her doctoral research focuses on microbiology, specifically on antimicrobial peptides isolated from probiotic bacteria – the ones beneficial to humans.
As she describes herself, she strives to be responsible, precise, and thorough in completing the tasks entrusted to her. She enjoys having well-organized work and developing her skills across different areas.
