Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce

dated May 16, 2024regarding the approval of the composition of the Committees to conduct the mid-term evaluation of second-year doctoral students at the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce in the academic year 2023/2024

Pursuant to Article 202, Section 4 of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742, as amended) and § 185, Section 3, point 4) of the Statute of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, as well as § 7, Sections 2 – 5 of the Regulations of the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce introduced by Resolution No. 31/2023 of the UJK Senate dated April 27, 2023, regarding the adoption of the Regulations of the Doctoral School, it is hereby ordered as follows:

§ 1

Committees are appointed to conduct the mid-term evaluation of doctoral students at the Doctoral School in the academic year 2023/2024 in the following disciplines, in the following composition:
1) Humanities Section:
a) History:

§ 2

Persons indicated in § 1 are authorized to process the personal data of the doctoral students of the Doctoral School (data processed traditionally). The authorization is valid from the beginning of the mid-term evaluation process until its completion (in accordance with the mid-term evaluation schedule for the academic year 2023/2024).

§ 3

The composition of the aforementioned Committees has been approved by the Scientific Council of the Doctoral School.

§ 4

This resolution comes into effect upon signing.
