on the approval of the composition of the Committees conducting the mid-term evaluation of second-year doctoral students at the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce in the 2025/2026 academic year

Pursuant to Article 202(4) of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571), § 189(3)(4) of the Statute of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, and § 7(2)–(5) of the Regulations of the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, adopted by Resolution No. 6/2025 of the Senate of Jan Kochanowski University of 27 February 2025 on the adoption of the Regulations of the Doctoral School, the following is hereby resolved:

§ 1

The Committees responsible for conducting the mid-term evaluation of doctoral students of the Doctoral School in the 2025/2026 academic year are hereby appointed for individual disciplines in the following composition:

§ 2

The persons indicated in § 1 are hereby authorized to process the personal data of doctoral students of the Doctoral School to the extent necessary for conducting the mid-term evaluation, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations. This authorization shall remain valid from the commencement of the evaluation process until its completion, in accordance with the applicable schedule of the mid-term evaluation for the 2025/2026 academic year.

§ 3

The Scientific Council of the Doctoral School approves the composition of the Committees referred to in § 1.

§ 4

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
