of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce dated June 16, 2025

regarding the approval of the composition of the Commissions for conducting the mid-term evaluation of second-year doctoral students
at the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce
in the 2024/2025 academic year

Pursuant to Article 202(4) of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571), § 185(3)(4) of the Statute of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, and § 7(2–5) of the Regulations of the Doctoral School of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, introduced by Resolution No. 31/2023 of the UJK Senate dated April 27, 2023, on the adoption of the Doctoral School Regulations, the following is hereby resolved:

 

§1

The Commissions for conducting the mid-term evaluation of doctoral students at the Doctoral School in the academic year 2024/2025 are appointed in the following composition by discipline:

§2

The individuals listed in §1 are authorized to process the personal data of doctoral students of the Doctoral School to the extent necessary for conducting the mid-term evaluation, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The authorization is valid from the beginning of the evaluation process until its completion, in line with the current mid-term evaluation schedule for the 2024/2025 academic year.

 

§3

The Scientific Council of the Doctoral School hereby approves the composition of the Commissions as specified in §1.

 

§4

This resolution enters into force on the date of its signing.
